Who We Are
Gerrit Veneman, CEO
Gerrit has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He started as an apprentice carpenter, graduating from the Northern California Carpenters Training Center with a journeyman’s certificate. He has held roles ranging from carpenter, foreman, superintendent, senior superintendent and union signatory contractor. Gerrit’s role involves field operations, client relations, estimating and ensuring the delivery of high-quality construction.

Diego Martinez, Project Manager
Diego has a broad background in the construction industry, with experience in all phases at several large Bay Area firms. Holding a B.S. in Construction Management, he has contributed to planning and completing projects on schedule and within budget. His career began as a field engineer intern, and has since progressed through roles in general contracting and project management. Diego's work in project management included estimating, deepening his knowledge of cost and budget management. Recently, as an owner’s representative, he managed projects for international clients, overseeing from lease acquisition to project turnover.
